Internet Domicile

as internet czar i would request review of internet domicile for commerce that takes place in-state but over wire transfer and could use an internet case from another state in a federal or special computer or tech capacity rather than state cause of action. i am even trying to gain favor with elected officials to form an internet voting bloc for at-large representation that can adminstrated online as well for consumer interests and the like for other purposes as well even the it czar is like an at-large representative and people who live and work or otherwise transact constantly on the web like tele-commuters should have a consideration for their legal status as internet domicile where the like of transaction clause and regulations could be grouped together as a class even across state lines
